Proxy Terms and Acceptable Use

These terms apply to every FOMZE proxy product: residential traffic and static IPv4 / ISP proxies. They are in addition to our general Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy. By buying or using a proxy you agree to them.

1. The service

We provide proxy access through our upstream supplier networks. Residential proxies are sold by traffic (GB) and expire 30 days after delivery; unused traffic does not carry over. Static IPs are sold for the period you choose (for example 1 week or 1 month) and end when that period ends unless you renew them yourself. Nothing renews automatically. We do not promise a specific IP address, speed, or that a particular website will accept an IP.

2. Acceptable use

You may use proxies only for lawful purposes. You must not use them for:

• fraud, carding, chargeback abuse, phishing, identity theft or account takeover;
• hacking, scanning or attacking systems or accounts you do not own or have written permission to test;
• spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or fake engagement, reviews or traffic;
• illegal content of any kind, including child sexual abuse material;
• anything that breaks the law where you or the target are located, or the rules of our upstream providers;
• reselling or sharing your access with others without our written permission.

You are responsible for everything done with your proxies and for the data you access through them.

3. Supplier rules

Our upstream suppliers' own terms also apply to your use of the service, and you must follow them. We will send you the relevant supplier terms on request at support@fomze.com.

4. Suspension and removal

If we believe these rules are broken, or we receive a credible abuse complaint, we may suspend or end your service at once, without notice and without a refund for the remaining period. We may share information with the authorities when the law requires it.

5. Delivery, refunds and replacements

Delivery: proxies are normally delivered within minutes, and sometimes up to 24 hours. If a purchase cannot be completed, the payment is returned to your wallet automatically.

After delivery: once a proxy has been delivered and used, the traffic or IP is reserved for you and cannot be resold, so it is not refundable. This is in line with our Refund Policy: duplicate, wrong or unauthorized charges and non-delivery are still refunded.

Replacements: a static IP that does not work as described can be replaced free of charge, up to 2 times per order every 30 days. A replacement that could not be completed does not count towards that limit.

Disputes: a chargeback or payment dispute pauses your proxy service until it is resolved. Please contact us first and we will sort it out quickly.

6. No guarantee, limited liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, FOMZE is not liable for lost profit, blocked or banned accounts, or the actions of third parties linked to your use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.
